Tom Dillon's recruiting focus is on supply-chain/logistics information technology executives, senior technical staff, and IT application 'expert users.' He has been involved in supply-chain oriented recruiting since 1993. Prior to starting his recruiting career, Tom spent 29 years with IBM supporting multiple NASA space missions, office productivity software development, and customer executive education seminars. Outside the office, Tom is a nationally competitive Masters swimmer.
